A Workshop about Sessions 1, 2 and 3 ?

Ida Rolf left her first instructor Emmett Hutchins the following 'Koan': "If you truly understand the basic intention/key to the first three hours, you will have discovered the entire process and intention of Structural Integration."
Emmett said, it took him 20 years to discover a moderately accurate answer to that 'Koan'.
So... you might want to reconsider and join Fulvio Faudella in Bolzano (IT) surrounded by the beauty of the South Tyrolean Alps from June 30 - July 2 2023.
Fulvio himself says about the workshop:
"Three days to explore the first three hours of the 'journey that has a heart', the Recipe by Dr. Rolf. Breath into the back, into the foot that meets the ground like a snowflake descending from the sky, into the space just behind the viscera. We will see the pelvis begin to open to movement to accommodate the Vertical Line, that field in which gravity sows lightness. The first three hours in which the sails of the sleeve begin to take the wind of the core to navigate the ocean of consciousness." |
